  • Where is the store based?

    We do not have a physical store. But our online store is based in Atlanta, GA. We ship from California and from designers and manufactures globally as well.

  • What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

    All sales are final. It is within our discretion to honor a refund or exchange. In the event a mistake has happened with your order we will fix it. 

    We will consider some exchanges as long as the item has no damage and has not been washed or worn.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes we currently ship internationally to select countries.

    Please note all prices are in USD and will be charged in USD. We do not handle conversions and will not be able to refund orders placed for conversion issues.

    International customers may be charged customs fees and duties. Please contact your local city/country office for information on what these charges might be.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders typically arrive within 2 weeks (business days) depending on location, inventory stock and if the item is handmade/custom printed. 

    Backordered items can take an estimated 2- 4 weeks to arrive.

    International orders can take an estimated 3 - 4 weeks to arrive.

    Orders can sometimes be split into two or more deliveries. We will advise you by email if your items have shipped separately.

  • What are your shipping costs?

    Most retail items ship for FREE or $10 USD or less within the US. 

    International retail items ship for $20- $32 USD or less.

    Promotional or Free Gift items may carry additional shipping and handling costs per item.

 

  • I sent an email and no one has responded. Help?

    All emails are answered within 24-72 business hours depending on volume. Emails are not typically answered on the weekends. Emails are answered Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST. All emails sent after or before that time will get a response within 24 - 72 business hours or on the next available business day.

  • Do you accept PayPal?

    Not at this time.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  • We use Stripe and it is one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?
